The State and Transition
The State and Transition (Latin Nemonics: Тхэ Статэ анд Транситион, Russian: Госудаство и Трансформация) is a political manifesto written by the Shturmovik Party leader Abrasha Levin during the Shturmovik Revolution. It was published on May 9th, 48,776 in commemoration of the mythological emancipation of slavery in 1865. In summary, the Levinist purpose of the state is to function as a republic of the proletariat during the transition toward "communism" and the existence of such a state prevents the necessity of heavy handed statist actions against the unhatched. Once the transition is complete, the republic of the proletariat serves only as a union between the autonomous zones.
