Rights of Man

The Rights of Man were the basis for the post revolution republican government of the SShR. It was partially inspired through contact with elements and remnants of the American Revolution while in the shadow realm.

Rights

1) All men are created equal. The rights enumerated in this document are protected from any government or any person or body of power.

2) The right of the people to freely exchange ideas, to express themselves and to assemble is necessary to the function of a republican society, and shall not be infringed.

3) No soldier shall be quartered in any house.

4) The people must be secure from unreasonable detention, searches or seizures and no man may be compelled or coerced into self incrimination.

5) The privacy of the people must be protected.

6) Excessive or cruel and unusual punishment is forbidden. Any person accused of any crime must be offered a fair expedient trial and may only face prosecution once for each crime.

7) No person shall be forced to participate in a eugenics program.

8) No regulation may be passed which restricts the people from bearing arms.

9) No person shall be forced to reject religion and no person may receive an electronic or mechanical implant.

10) All powers not delegated to the globalist government are reserved to the nations.
