The Inklag is the administration of camps operated by the PKVD and the Global Life-Coaching Service and was set up by the Shturmovik government after the revolution that was intended to serve as an alternative to prisons, which were abolished after the Shturmovik Revolution. The name combines "Hatchery Camp" and camps are often known as "The Hatchery." Inklag camps were also places to treat mentally ill people so they could be integrated into society.

The primary focus of the Inklag is rehabilitation of criminals and the mentally ill. It is common practice for judges to find people mentally incompetent where they are directed to mental health camps instead of penitentiary camps. This also means that they remain in the camps for far longer, including many years for misdemeanors.
