The Central Administration of Camps or Senak (Сенак) in Latin Nemonics or the Main administration of life-coaching centers (often alternatively, camps) is a network of camps set up by the Shturmovik government after the revolution that was intended to serve as an alternative to prisons, which were abolished after the Shturmovik Revolution. Senak camps were also places to treat mentally ill people so they could be integrated into society.

The primary focus of the Senak is rehabilitation of criminals and the mentally ill. It is common practice for judges to find people mentally incompetent where they are directed to mental health camps instead of penitentiary camps. This also means that they remain in the camps for far longer, including many years for misdemeanors.
