Religious Affirmation Child Protection Act
The Religious Affirmation Child Protection Act was passed by the Shturmovik Party to protect the religious rights of children in conservative atheist households. The law requires that parents affirm religions of God with priority to Transformatsiya. The law provides for the ability of the PKVD to remove custody of children if the parents do not affirm their religion. If the parents are Transformers, they are only required to affirm Transformatsiya. Cases of parents losing custody of their children for not affirming their religion are relatively rare. Pursuing such cases to that extent is not a high priority of the PKVD because covert religious education is available in public schools and religious education is required in group homeschooling.
